Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Quick Pizza Order, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We act as an independent order management service that connects you with local third-party pizza vendors across the USA. Our policy is designed to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our kitchen partners.
1. Order Cancellations
Time Limit: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of the phone confirmation.
Dispatch Rule: Once an order has been dispatched to the local kitchen for preparation, it cannot be cancelled as the food is being prepared fresh for you.
2. Quality and Order Issues If there is a problem with your order, please call us immediately at (888) 674-9133.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong toppings or size, we will coordinate with the local vendor to resolve the issue or provide a credit for your next order.
Food Quality: If the pizza does not meet quality standards, we will investigate with the vendor to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
3. Refund Processing
Approval: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the local vendor.
Resolution: Approved refunds are provided as store credit or processed via our support team. Please contact us directly to discuss the best resolution for your specific case.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Delivery Fees: Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery attempt has been made.
Consumed Orders: Orders that have been fully or significantly consumed are not eligible for refunds or credits.
